Windows 11 when the hardware allows it
If a laptop meets Windows 11's hardware requirements, we pre-install Windows 11. That is the default for those machines. Windows status, edition, and license notes are written on the eBay listing for that unit, not invented here.
When the listing plan is a clean install, Windows is installed and fully updated, matching the process on How we refurbish.
We are not an official Microsoft store. We do not sell Microsoft 365 subscriptions on this site, and we do not claim a manufacturer warranty unless the listing says so.
Want Omarchy Linux instead?
Say so on the eBay listing before you buy. If we can do the swap for that unit, we pre-install Omarchy Linux, test it on that hardware, and ship in that configuration. The listing should reflect the OS that actually ships.
Do not assume a post-sale reinstall. Message first.
