What you can expect

How listings are written, and how returns work when seals stay intact.

We describe each laptop as it actually is. Your satisfaction and a reliable machine matter more than a rushed listing.

Honest cosmetic notes and photos

Wear is described in plain language. Photos are taken to show the machine, including marks you would notice in person.

Specs checked against manufacturer documentation

Model identity and listed hardware are checked against manufacturer resources for that model, not guessed from a sticker.

What's included is listed per machine

Chargers are called out if they are new, genuine, or tested, and called out if they are not included.

Windows status described per listing

If a clean install is part of the plan, the listing says so. If it is not, that is also stated.

Internal components cataloged

CPU, RAM, and SSD are recorded for transparency so you can see what is inside before you bid.

Returns and seals

Seals must remain intact. Broken or removed seals may reduce a refund for loss in value. That is firm and fair, and it matches our eBay policy language.
